1. About BPNet Games
BPNet Games (“BPNet”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates bpnet.ca and related game subdomains, including PRISMPOUR. BPNet is a small independent gaming project offering browser-based games primarily for entertainment.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using BPNet Games, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or its games. We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page.
3. Free access and optional support
Our goal is to keep BPNet games free to play, without advertising, energy systems, or paid level unlocks. We may offer an optional donation or “support the developer” link. Donations are voluntary, do not purchase ownership of the games, and do not guarantee new features, development schedules, or continued availability of any particular game.
4. Accounts and usernames
Some games may allow you to create an account, username, or profile so that progress, scores, achievements, or leaderboard results can be saved. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity associated with your account.
Do not choose usernames or submit content that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, impersonating, infringing, or intended to harass others. We may remove usernames, scores, accounts, or content that interfere with the games or other players.
5. Fair play
You may play for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not deliberately interfere with the service, exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate leaderboards, automate gameplay in a way that disrupts the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or use BPNet infrastructure to harm others.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the BPNet name, site design, game code, original graphics, interface elements, game concepts as expressed in our software, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the site operator. Third-party assets, fonts, libraries, music, or services remain the property of their respective owners and are used according to their applicable licences.
You may share screenshots, challenge links, and gameplay clips for personal, social, or editorial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, re-host, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the games or source code without permission.
7. Availability and changes
BPNet is an independent project. Games may change, break, be reset, become unavailable, or be discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted service, permanent storage of scores or progress, or compatibility with every browser or device.
8. Scores, achievements and leaderboards
Scores, achievements, levels, and leaderboard positions are entertainment features and have no cash value. We may correct or remove results that appear corrupted, manipulated, duplicated, or produced through exploits.
9. Third-party services
BPNet may link to or use third-party services such as hosting providers, analytics tools, fonts, social sharing services, or optional donation platforms. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. BPNet is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
10. Disclaimer
BPNet Games is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BPNet and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or games. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you where you live.
